GDR2 and Lumia Amber Software Update Still Not Available to AT&T Users
When it comes to getting a latest and greatest flagship Windows Phone device, AT&T is always ahead in race but when it comes to providing software update to users, it's the only carrier not even in the race. Users from around the world have received or receiving the Lumia Amber update and AT&T is showing no sign of when the update will be available.

T-Mobile has already pushed GDR2 and Lumia Amber update for Nokia Lumia 521, 925, 810 and GDR2 update for HTC Windows phone 8x. Verizon Wireless has already pushed update to its Nokia Lumia 928 and 822. AT&T has three Lumia models eligible for update. These are Nokia Lumia 920, 820 and 620 (via Aio Wireless prepaid service).

As of today, the status is same "Waiting for approval" on Nokia's update tracker webpage for North America. Only Nokia Lumia 520 available via AT&T GoPhone prepaid comes preloaded with GDR2 update and possibly the newly launched Nokia Lumia 925 on AT&T will come preloaded too.
We are keeping an eye on AT&T and as soon as we get something good about the update, we will share it with you.
